Introduction to Kubernetes Using Docker Training program overview

In this course, about Kubernetes and why it is a necessary twin to the docker images. Also learn the concept of containers, why we need them for our deployment, how to create Docker containers and images, how to embed your web applications and its dependencies inside the docker image.



By the end of the course, you will be a well-equipped cloud DevOps engineer with the skills to create and deploy a docker image, manage a database in Docker and multi-containers using Kubernetes.



The goal of this course is to help you master the fundamentals of the Docker and Kubernetes environment. By the time you complete the course, you'll be ready to deploy even more complex applications to the cloud.



This course is for absolute Docker and Kubenetes beginners. We don't expect you to have used these tools before nor even heard about them. But you'll need a decent understanding of the command line or windows command prompt. You'll also need to create free accounts on the popular Google Cloud Platform where we'll be testing our deployments.
